TAKE ACCOUNT OF YOURSELF BEFORE IT IS TAKEN ACCOUNT IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT
Respected brothers and sisters in Islam,
It is our duty to take account of ourselves before it is taken account by Allah in the Judgment Day. We have a plenty of time now. We must go back to Allah and repent from our sins. Our salvation depends on, when we take account of ourselves in this world. Remember Allah is most Merciful, Most Compassionate and He likes when we repent to Him. Remember also that our body cannot take the burnings of the hellfire. Therefore we must ask ourselves these following questions to see if we are ready to face the challenges of the Judgment Day. May Allah made easy for us. ASK YOURSELF:
1. When was the last time you visited the house of Allah (The Masjid)?
2. When was the last time you recite the Quran?
3. When was the last time you prayed the Friday Prayer in congregation at the Mosque?
4. When was the last time you got in touch with your relatives?
5. When was the last time you repent to Allah to forgive your sins?
6. When was the last time you give charity to a needy person (Sadaqah)?
7. When was the last time you invite someone to the (Dacwah) and Religion of Allah?
8. When was the last time you intended to come to a lecture (Muxadara) and benefit from it?
9. When was the last time that you remember Allah alone and cried in seek of His forgiveness?
10. When was the last time that you thought about the Day of Judgment and whether you will be the companions of the right or the companions of the left?
11. When was the last time you thought about what you will face when you go to the grave and when the angels come to ask you questions; what will your answers be?
In conclusion brothers and sisters in Islam, there are a lot of questions we can ask ourselves to get prepared for the Judgment Day. The bottom part is, we must always remember Allah. We must run away from His severe punishment. We must fear from the Judgment Day because it will not be an easy day as Allah mentioned many times in His Holy Quran.
